- Avoid sweating for 24 hours post-treatment. That includes workouts, sunbathing, and even hot showers and saunas.
- Speaking of sunbathing, avoid unprotected sun exposure and/or use of tanning beds for at least 3 days post-treatment. Be sure to use sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher daily for 3 to 5 days post-treatment.
- Skip any topical Retin-A for 2 days following treatment.
- You can apply your normal makeup the day after your facial.
